Another way to find your purpose and passion as a Christian woman is to imitate Christ. Christ is our ultimate example of how to live a life of strength and purpose. He came to this earth not to be served but to serve others (Mark 10:45). He loved God with all His heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30). He loved His neighbor as Himself (Mark 12:31). He fulfilled His mission of dying on the cross for our sins (John 19:30)
As Christian women, we are called to follow Christ’s footsteps (1 Peter 2:21). We are called to love God with all our being (Matthew 22:37). We are called to love others as ourselves (Matthew 22:39). We are called to serve others with humility (Philippians 2:3-4). We are called to fulfill our mission of sharing the gospel with the world (Matthew 28:19-20). By imitating Christ, we will find our purpose and passion in Him. We will discover what He created us for and what He wants us to do.
Get Moving.
A third way to find your purpose and passion as a Christian woman is to get moving. Sometimes we may feel stuck or confused about our direction in life. We may wait for God to reveal everything clearly before we take any action. While it is good to wait on God’s timing and guidance, it is also important not to be passive or lazy. God expects us to be faithful stewards of what He has given us (Matthew 25:14-30). He expects us to use our gifts, talents, passions, and desires for His glory (1 Corinthians 10:31). He expects us to take steps of faith towards our goals and dreams (Hebrews 11:6). If we sense God leading us to a purpose, we should get started. We should not wait for the perfect situation. We should not wait for the perfect door to open. We should not allow fear to get in the way. We should not allow doubt to get in the way. We should trust God and move forward. We should take action and see what happens. We should learn from our mistakes and grow from our experiences. By getting moving, we will find our purpose and passion as a Christian woman. We will see God working in us and through us
